DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (INDIA)
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays
- Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days
- Shipping within India is free of cost
- COD and prepaid payment options are available
- Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched
If a product is received damaged or incorrect, customers must record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue, including the outer packaging and product details. This is mandatory for claim verification.
Claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Actions will be taken after verification of authenticity.
ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation Before Delivery
If an order is cancelled after dispatch, it will be returned to origin. Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified.
Cancellation After Delivery
Customers must notify VedaStem within 3 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed only after the product is returned in acceptable condition.
Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method
COD orders: refunded via bank transfer

International orders are processed within 2–3 weeks
Shipping charges depend on destination and order weight
Customs duties, taxes, or VAT are borne by the customer
If customs reject or discard the shipment, invoice value will be refunded (excluding shipping charges)
Only prepaid payment methods are accepted
Orders above a certain value may be split to comply with customs regulations.
